Participants must be aged 18+, live in the United States, and for remote testing have access to reliable high-speed internet. Research is conducted in person in our office in Cary, NC if you are local, or otherwise via Zoom. For remote tests, you may be required to install a remote desktop connection application, provided by Epic Games, depending on the content of the User Research session. More information about each study will be provided as a part of the sign-up process.
Getting invited
1. Sign up. Creating a research profile adds you to our database. It doesn’t enroll you in a study and it isn’t a commitment. You can update your profile or remove yourself at any time.
2. Get invited. When a study needs someone with your profile, we’ll email you an invitation with the details and a few short screening questions. You’re free to decline any invitation, and completing a survey to further screen your suitability for participation doesn’t guarantee a spot.
3. Take part. If you’re selected and complete the study, you may receive a digital reward as thanks for your time. Not every study offers one. When a study does, we’ll tell you what it is in the invitation, before you agree to take part.
