What You'll Do

Epic seeks an experienced Senior Creator Marketer Manager to design, execute, and lead strategies and campaigns that engage and grow our creator communities. The ideal candidate knows how to excite and engage creators in an authentic way, using content, comms, and events to drive business goals

In this role, you will

  • Devise innovative marketing strategies to grow creators and the creator community, backed by insightful market and creator analysis
  • Design, execute and optimize campaigns, communications and events to drive creator awareness, engagement and growth
  • Collaborate with product, programs, marketing and creator outreach teams to bring new creation tools, products and capabilities to creators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including creators.
  • Lead creation of communication materials including blogs, emails, social content, videos, etc.

What we're looking for

  • Have a proven track record (6+ years) in games, entertainment or a creator-oriented industry
  • Skilled in crafting integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touchpoints, including off platform campaigns, website, social, community platforms, direct mail and more
  • Strong experience successfully delivering complex projects requiring strong project management skills, attention to detail, and accountability
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in companies and teams with complex business models, rapidly shifting priorities, and where change is the norm and new business models are emerging
  • A reputation for successfully driving results in dynamic environments with a high degree of ambiguity 
  • Experience working directly with creators and engaging large communities at scale is a plus
