The Simpsons Joins Fortnite’s IP Partner Program

During State of Unreal at Unreal Fest Chicago, Disney announced that The Simpsons is joining Fortnite’s IP Partner Program. Later this year, Fortnite developers will be able to create The Simpsons games with an official toolkit built with Disney, 20th Century Studios and Gracie Films, featuring iconic characters and locations from Springfield.

Ray Gresko, SVP and Head of Product and Development at Disney Digital Entertainment, shared the announcement, talking about the power of putting Disney IP in the hands of Fortnite developers.

Fortnite players love The Simpsons. More than 80 million players spent over 750 million hours playing during the Fortnite | Simpsons season last fall.
