Mechlab

Mechlab now allows customization following the standard Battletech customization rules from Master Rules. When customizing a mech, you have to maintain the weight balance for the arms/legs/torso or there are penalties. This only affects games in Ironman

Ironman Mode

You are limited to 1 autosave and 1 manual save.
Quirks are enabled
3 engine critical hits disable the mech
Cold Storage Mechs must be retrieved where they were stored

Salvage Enhancements

Salvaged Mechs now display their damage on the salvage list screen.
Salvage share cost for a Mech is based off the internal damage of the mech. Repairing a salvaged Mech is expensive since the head will need replacement most of the time.

Ammo Swapping

Missile and Autocannons can now swap ammo during combat.
The LBX autocannon can use Solid or Cluster rounds.
SRM launchers can use standard, deadfire, inferno, or artemis missiles.
LRM launchers can use standard, deadfire, or artemis missiles.

Select Fire Mode

Ultra and Rotary Autocannons can now select different firing modes in combat. R1 designates standard firing mode, with each numeric increase leading to higher jam chances and higher spread.

Key Bindings

The backslash key controls ammo swapping/firing mode for the current highlighted group.
'M' changes your view to a low-res thermal image
'F9' Switches to classic Weapon Loadout View
'F10' brings up your critical hit screen.

Future

Future versions of this mod will include ammo management between missions, more weapons and ammo, changes to the market system, and much more.
