Please Help I downloaded the patch for Unreal Tournament 2004 and when trying to install it I get a message saying "Failed writing destination file: C:\UT2004\System\IFC23.dll (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process) The destination might be full or it might have bad sectors" How do I fix this ?

Right-click on the installer and run as Admin

"Failed writing destination file" look like you don't have the admin rights in os to that folder, or is used by another process (Steam, security?).
