I'll wait next year to upgrade. Going for AMD too again. I had an Athlon XP at the time AMD was the best but most of my PC's was Intel based. Next year, CPUs / RAM / mobos prices will be lower and drivers will be optimize and much stable. Then my RTX 2080 TI will be running in full powaaaa

Oh yes the next rig will be a Ryzen 5x and hopefully RX GPU as well. I've been with AMD since Athlon days and even underdogs have their day they say.

Gigabyte X570 AORUS MASTER = 510$
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X = 700$
32 GB Patriot Viper Steel PC4-3200 (4 x 8 GB) = 210$

This is without shipping

Next year at the same period, I'm sure it will be 50% less
