HUB on Ubuntu 18.04 - Can’t join to server instance (Video, Log&ini files))

    Hello everyone!

I apply to Guru of UT4 server administration for help.
It often happens that me and my friend want to play with a low network ping.
To do this, I run the server on my Windows and my friend connects to it.
I decided to try to transfer the server task to another computer.

I installed a HUB server on Dell XPC 17 laptop (core i7 - 8Gb RAM) and connected it to Internal LAN.
DDUT4 v0.4c utilities was realy useful for it (great thanks to DDRRE).
When I remotely (ssh&TeamViewer) launch the server it looks OK.

    But…

When I create any server instance, I cannot join to it. (See on Video)
60 sec and Time out connect message is popping up.
My incompetence in this question prevents me from going further.

What settings should I change to play inside the LAN?

    Please help ))

    !!!UPDATE 14.02.2019
The server is grate working if I connect to it from outside internet. (Behind Router)
But inside LAN server (HUB) still not working.

    I found some information HERE
User Demolution says "...pre-alpha doesn't support HUB for LAN"
I don't know can I believe him or not but this is something at least.
Nobody is answer my post above. Google search gives me only unanswered questions about this.
    SAD but TRUE
