Nice ! Don't hesitate to criticize my work, that's how you get better content in the end.

If I wait until all the meshes are in you will not have any update for months haha, so no, I aim for an update every 2-3 weeks.

Ich möchte jeden 2-3 Wochen ein neues pak machen. Es gibt viele Monaten Arbeit um alles meshes zu produzieren !

Brilliant job, looks stunning already! What is your workflow? Do you export the map as model an create the meshes in your 3d software or do you just use measurements?

Thanks ! I have modified my workflow actually:

                1) Select in the editor all the BSP brushes you need for a single mesh -> file -> export selected
                2) Import in your 3D software the brushes, align on origin
                3) Draw on paper your mesh
                4) Create a first, raw shape of the mesh, set the pivot point
                5) Export that mesh and test in the map
                6) If the raw mesh works (in line with the gameplay), then get back to the 3D editor and finish the low poly version

The advantage is that the mesh is already placed correctly in the map, and that you can simply right-click on the mesh -> reimport to see the modifications quickly ! Works really well to iterate on a mesh and see to how looks.

EDIT: I could do a stream to show this process, let me know if that would be interesting for you guys.

I'm starting a Pinterest Board with my progress on the design of the map. Only got time to put the concept arts by geck so far, but make sure you subscribe to it if you like ! I will post more and more screenshots, drawings and details of the construction.

Tried a new piece. This part will be a screen with a sci-fi sort of basis. This is the first iteration of this mesh and it might change a good bit in a near future.

I'm trying this time to document a bit how I'm doing this. I'm still learning it but maybe there is something useful for others in there:

I'm using the concept art made by Geck to create the meshes in the central room with the trap, it's turning out pretty well for test meshes:

Started to convert the test static mesh of the piston for the bridge into the low-poly version. WIP

                                Holy..!!

I was skeptical if you were really going to try and capture this image feeling:
                                https://forums.unrealtournament.com/...id=10744&stc=1

But, I am not anymore. I think it will be better even. The amount of work for those meshes is really cool. I'm expecting when you finish this, you will be using those meshes for another map
