Geometry build times - longer since update

As of yesterday's UT ED update whenever I add a simple half cylinder via lathe tool the geometry build times are increased dramatically.

Anyone have any insight as to why this is?

Ended up being the complexity of the shapes. I reverted back to using a box additive, then subtracting the lathed half cylinder. Build times reduced drastically.

At this point I'm finding simple pen or lathed shape subs from boxes aren't working ... even on a new empty level.

    e.g.
    • Empty Level
    • Add Box -> resize, build geometry
    • Add Cone -> resize -> change to subtractive -> build
    • Lathe custom shape -> change to subtractive -> build
    • Add Fog, Light importance, direct light -> Build (all)

Without the lathed subtractive everything is fine.

    Any ideas?

Negative on that one. Additives, then Subs. Way too many years working with UED to not check/test ordering.

Here's a video showing the process and the result.

            Got it.

-Select the faces on the outward side (I count 16) and optimize them, creating one face. Repeat the same on any other faces covering equilateral surfaces connected by vertices.
-Highlight one (1) vertex and snap it (CTRL+end) to a grid point.
-Select ALL surfaces, and align the surfaces to the same, so, like planer or box, and the same resolution..
-Change the solidarity of the subtractive to SEMI-SOLID.
