Trying to take the CTF system out and into another

I'm trying to take the CTF flag out of the UnrealTournamentEditor but I cant find a parent class. The parent class I can not find is UTCTFFlag Base which is the parent class for BP_CTFFlag Base which is the parent for UTRedFlagBase. I can also not find UTCTFFlag which is the parent of UTRedFlag. If anyone could help me find these assets it would help greatly
