How to download and open a map in the Unreal Tournament editor

I'm new to the UT editor and this may be a very simple question,
but I want to download the map "facing worlds" and open it in the UT editor, how can I do that?

You need the uncooked version of the map to open it in the editor.

What you get on public download stites is the cooked version. Not UE friendly.

Since it's all about actors in a map, start UT4 editor and open any stock maps, like Outpost and you will see how it's made.

So far, you can only open a map with the level editor files, this means a downloaded .pak file cannot be used.
