    I found it.

    If you set the "Effects Quality" to either Medium or Low you'll get this issue.

    I don't know how to fix that. I'll have to ask Epic or some other mappers who have more experience than me

      reworking and recooking for new patch this weekend as new patch has changed how the floor material was reflecting world

          I've just released Beta v2 of DM-Campgrounds-G1E

          ### KNOWN ISSUES/WARNINGS ###
          Due to the alpha nature of the game currently I am only building this map based on Epic/High settings.
          Given the constant changes of the engine, renderer, lighting system etc I will not currently being building or testing for people using Medium/Low settings
          Until the engine is 'locked down' and the game either beta or about to go gold, this map will be considered beta and unfinished until such time constant recooking is no longer required and engine stability is achieved



          Beta v2 (01/07/2017)
          replaced lower ground floor bsp with static mesh floor panel
          changed upper floor material (experimental)
          added reflection captures throughout map
          recooked for new June Patch.

                      Changelog:

                      Beta v5 (22/07/2017)
                      Removed Emissive glowing material trim from all walls after various feedback.
                      re-worked 50a area with two new water tanks (10 damage per second, can be jump-mantled out of before death) and some pipework detailing and railings on the upper walkway.
                      Added lighting to frame wall running area's.
                      minor tweaks to some decals.

                        I played with it a little, I like the decision to eliminate the emissive trim and the new lighting around the wall-running areas.

                        I find that the pillars area is a little bit disproportionately wide compared to all the other areas of the map.
                        The corridor with the vials, which connects the flak and the shock areas, seems to be a little too short.
                        I also feel a little bit weird about the two boilers adjacent to the 100-shield, personally I'd like to have space to maneuver around the pickup, but let me get a little more playtime with it.

                            I made a UT2k4 variant of campgrounds myself. I wanted to add traps and more area to play in in mine. I succeeded on both accounts but the extra area kinda paled comparatively with the original map... Glad to see somebody bringing campgrounds to the new UT and it is looking mighty nice I might add. I believe epsil0n was the name of the original author (that is the name listed in the author field anyway) of the UT2003 version I have.

                              my original 2k3 map files are looong gone, consigned to a hdd that's probably been recycled into something completely different by now!!

                                I lost a hard drive (and rest of PC) mid development of a lot of UT2k4 mods, maps, and muts. 11 projects and 15 maps(some part of the aforementioned projects), brought to halt because I didn't back stuff up and was between jobs with no ability to replace Hardware. Kinda made me a little over cautious about backing up my creations and correlating data/tools/apps as much as possible.
