Support for GeForce GTX 980 nVidia Surround with 3 monitor setup?

Will there be support for nVidia Surround Gaming with new GeForce GTX 980 GPUs that will support 3 x (1920 x 1080) monitors for the NEW UT4 Game that will be released soon? Please let me know that this in the works, as I just updated my system BECAUSE of what you're doing; building this new UT4 game. I currently have 2 x EVGA GTX 980's and 3 (just released) BenQ XL2420G (G-SYNC) monitors. So far I cannot play using 5760 x 1080 on UT2004 and UT3. I went to all the sites to adjust the .ini files; with very little results. I'm really discouraged as I love UT2004 & UT3 and want to continue playing them but as a result of this happening, I have stopped playing those two games.

The reason? About 6 years ago, I had a system built that had 2 high end ATI GPU's (don't remember what models they were), and had 3 x 1600x1200 monitors and purchased a triple-head-2-go monitor converter to make all 3 monitors work perfectly to get 4800x1200. Gaming on those three monitors on UT2004 was amazing; very much like this video:

Again, I hope that this is in the works for the NEW UT4. Look forward to any EPIC programmers input on this. Thank you…

Hey I don't have a 3 monitor set up to try this out myself but I would say it should work?

What about the latest build? Do you have these monitors now to try it out?

Unfortunately I do not, as that was over 6 years ago. Plus, it really has nothing to do with the monitors as it does the the nVidia Surround 3D that treats all three monitors as one wide screen monitor. Somehow when I follow these directions from these two sites:

      1) http://www.wsgf.org/dr/unreal-tournament-2004

      2) http://elance360.com/unreal-blackscreen-resolution/

I just found this site, but I'm waiting on this guy to get back to me with a few questions that I have...

      https://www.widescreenfixer.org

I hope I don't have to pick up a Matrox TripleHead2Go unit again. I'm going to call Matrox first to make sure it will work this time on this new GPU...

Alright, I found a fix for UT3 (http://www.flawlesswidescreen.org) & a semi fix for RB6V2 (Rainbow 6 Vegas 2) (https://www.widescreenfixer.org), but still nothing for UT2004. If anyone has any info that would be helpful.

Also, please anyone reading this, PLEASE LET UT4 BE ENABLED TO USE NVIDIA (SURROUND) & AMD (EYEFINITY) FOR ALL 3 MONITORS (at least for 1920x1080 to work as 5760x1080). Thank you…

I can get UT4 to run fine at 7680x1440 (fine is a subjective term, it doesn't get past 40-50 fps), is there any reason why you're having problems?

Don't know I tried this method out:

            http://www.wsgf.org/dr/unreal-tournament-2004

and everything worked but like I said before the screen is just way too large and up close (and not properly distanced away). Also, when I follow and type in this code:

And finaly to adjust your fov... Bringdown the console by pressing '~' and type in 'enablecheats'. Change your fov by entering 'fov xxx' where xxx stands for desired value.
fov=90 is default for 4:3 setups.
            100 - 16:10
            105 - 16:9
            150 - 13:3

it doesn't work. It just says: "Unrecognized Command."

I wish I could go into some .ini file and do it manually, but don't know where to look. It's frustrating, but at least UT3 is finally working, but I'd really like to play on UT2004. Any help would be great, thank you...

By the way are you playing the new UT4 game as I can't find that as well for download, or do you have to pay for that developers monthly fee to be allowed to have the free game? Let me know that too, thank you…

"fov" isn't a cheat, it's been in the base game since day dot, and has never required "enablecheats" to my knowledge.

There is a download link on the forums. Look for the announcement thread.

Please forgive my ignorance, but where is the "announcement thread" and why would I need a "download link"? What am I downloading; is it an another app that makes UT2004 work in widescreen that is different from Widescreen Fixer and Flawless Widescreen apps?
Edit: I just looked around here a the Announcement Thread and found nothing when I typed in "fov" in the search bar. Again, I'm waiting to see if there's another solution and the direct link(s) to those solutions. Thanks…
