Change Character Voice Pitch and Speed

I think it will add some much needed variety to the voices of UT.
Instead of simply choosing a character voice pack, we should have the option to adjust the pitch, tone and speed ourselves via sliders.
-I REALLY think this is how the voice pack for the female robots for ut2004 was created.
They were the exact same taunts as the regular robots, just sped up and tweaked.

Increased file size won't be a concern either, since what's being adjusted are the audio files that come with the game.
I don't think it requires that much cpu or ram resources either since this technology has been around since the PS2 days, and is on available psp and ps vita games, even the 3ds

Here's a few modern versions of what I'm talking about.

-Yes, it opens the flood gates for super silly obnoxious voices online, but the range can be clamped to just the mid range.
Just don't make extreme pitches and tones an option.

so you mean for your own character, so others hear your customization.

Yes. Since the voice packs are simply being tweaked via sliders, it's not like the custom voices have to be downloaded all over again.
Others should be able to hear your character's voice the way you customized it, because you're only adjusting some parameters.

yea and all the engine functionality for that is certainly there already so seems like it wouldn't be much trouble to do.

Interesting idea, IMO. I'm not sure how the speed could work. It should be very limited, other we'll get things like "AAAAANNNDDD STAAAAYYYYY D- MMEEEDIII- TTTAAAARRRGGGEEETTTTTT EEELLLLLIIIIIMM- EEEEENNNNEEEEMMMMMMMMYYYYYYY FLLLLLAA- IIIIII'MMMMMMMMM IIIIIIINNNNNN PPOSSSS..." etc. It's going to be hard avoiding overdoing it.
The new UT is coming along nicely...
Maybe a new Unreal would be a good idea for Epic's next project? It's certainly somewhat overdue...

If only there was voice binds to make use of them! Even with the VOIP coming in, this is an important feature in my view. Look at Overwatch for example, I played 50 or so maps and heard people speaking in maybe 2 or 3. Not everyone wants to talk, but they'll still be keen on communicating through binds.

(I need some backup), (Roger That), (Incoming), (Enemy flag carrier is here)

If taunts are bot turned off, then you don't hear any bot speech I think. Although it's a nice idea for some variety.
Current Main Issues: Tri-Rox (Remove), Scoreboards lack player stats,Team Balance.

Yep. Like I said, clamp it (limit it) so things don't get too goofy.
