    [BUG] Controller - RT, LT, LB & RB retain default binds regardless of rebind action chosen

    Summary:
    XBOX 360 / Xbox One Controller - RT, LT, LB & RB retain default binds regardless of rebind action chosen

    Version:
    4.11.0-2848065+++depot+UE4-UT-Releases

    Operating System:
    Windows 10 Professional 64-bit (10.0, Build 10240)

    Description:
    RT, LT.LB & RB are retain default binds regardless of rebind
    Default binds are:
    RT = Secondary Fire
    RB = Prev Weapon
    LT = Primary Fire
    LB = Next Weapon

    Steps to Repro:
    1. Bind another action to either RT, LT, LB and / or RB
    2. Press any button / trigger and notice that stock bind is still retained.

    Result:
    Unable to bind new action to either of the buttons / triggers.

    How I noticed it?
    Sometimes to mix it up I will use a controller in my left hand and mouse in right hand.
    RT = Jump
    RB = Single Tap Dodge
    LT = Unused
    LB = Unused

    Try wall running on the center green or center blue banked section in RunGoodBob and notice that you can roll the left thumbstick from right through bottom to left and continue wall running much more fluidly then using the keyboard.
    If you copy my config as above due to the bug it will secondary fire weapon...

    I'll post a video if I get time.

      I might have a go at fixing it once I can get latest UT to compile.

      After looking through UT Create the issue might be that the action mapping are still set at the Project Setting Level for the controller.
