    [BUG] HUB adds additional parameter on Instance start overriding custom GameOptions

    Hi there!

    I do have several custom rulesets on our hubs. Unfortunately the "public match" settings (that are supposed to fill with a certain amount of bots) do not work as expected.

    Here's an example ruleset from Rules.ini:

    The resulting Instance is started with the following parameters:
    UE4Server-Linux-Shipping UnrealTournament <selectedMap>?Game=CTF?MaxPlayers=10?GoalScore=0?TimeLimit=20?BalanceTeams=1?MaxReadyWait=30?MapVoteTime=120?MercyScore=5?Difficulty=5?BotFill=6?mutator=/Game/UnrealPUGs/CompetitiveWeaponsMut-v3.CompetitiveWeaponsMut-v3_C,/Game/AbsoluteHitSounds/Mutator_AbsoluteHitSounds.Mutator_AbsoluteHitSounds_C?BotFill=0?InstanceID=1?HostPort=14000 -server -port=8000 -log -log=Instance_<id>.log

    This is utterly wrong and does not allow a custom ruleset to spawn an instance with a certain amount of bots at a certain difficulty level in it.

    What I'd expect is the server to launch an Instance with these Parameters:
    UE4Server-Linux-Shipping UnrealTournament <selectedMap>?Game=CTF?MaxPlayers=10?GoalScore=0?TimeLimit=20?BalanceTeams=1?MaxReadyWait=30?MapVoteTime=120?MercyScore=5?Difficulty=5?BotFill=6?mutator=/Game/UnrealPUGs/CompetitiveWeaponsMut-v3.CompetitiveWeaponsMut-v3_C,/Game/AbsoluteHitSounds/Mutator_AbsoluteHitSounds.Mutator_AbsoluteHitSounds_C?InstanceID=1?HostPort=14000 -server -port=8000 -log -log=Instance_<id>.log


    Please get rid of that excessive ?BotFill=0 on hubs when spawning a new instance.
