If you have "UE4-[name]-Win64-Shipping.dll is missing" please see this thread

There is a known issue where the game would not start because it can't find three dlls:
    • UE4-UTMcpProfile-Win64-Shipping.dll
    • UE4-UnrealTournament-Win64-Shipping.dll
    • UE4-BlueprintContext-Win64-Shipping.dll

Here is what we need you to do fix this:

    1. Uninstall the game:
Click the gear icon on the Launch button and select "Uninstall" from dropdown menu:

Name:	utdebug.jpg
Views:	1
Size:	27.9 KB
ID:	363345
    2. Delete UnrealTournament folder in Documents:
    Code:
    C:\Users\[user_name]\Documents\UnrealTournament
    3. Reinstall the game
    4. Verify the installtion (optional)

The game should now run properly.

I still have this problem for fresh installs and updates, btw, but now the error message has changed with the new May 2017 build. It says something about building a new module for Unreal Tournament in the error message and doesn't mention any of the dlls in the error message. The fix as always it to copy a few DLLs from the UnrealTournament directory to the Engine directory (C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UnrealTournament\Engine\Binaries\Win64).

I have this issue on the gameserver provider g-portal.com. Unfortunately, I have no write permissions for dll files. They are missing as you described.
