UT not compatible with new nvidia DSR feature

DSR is basically a downsampling feature that was provided to older graphic cards in latest driver update. it renders the game at higher resolutions than your native (for example 4k instead of 1080p) and then downscales it to 1080p providing excellent image quality. more about it here http://www.geforce.com/hardware/tech...dsr/technology

when i set higher resolutions in UT, it resets back to 1080p. here is the log file info: http://pastebin.com/By67NcQn

my guess it has something to do with this:
[2014.10.25-10.18.41:082][333]LogRenderer:Warning: Reallocating scene render targets to support 3840x2160.
[2014.10.25-10.18.41:141][333]LogRenderTargetPool:Warning: r.RenderTargetPoolMin exceeded 617/400 MB (ok in editor, bad on fixed memory platform)
[2014.10.25-10.18.41:164][334]LogRenderer:Warning: Reallocating scene render targets to support 1920x1056.

not sure why you would want to in a high speed fast paced arena fps your not going to be still long enough to take in the detail enhancements imv your just just killing your framerate.

if my pc is capable of maintaining high fps why providing excellent image quality - why not? (i5 2500k 4.2GHz + GTX770)
my monitor is only 60hz so all i need is 60fps. i am not a competitive player either. just want shinies on my screen

Why don't you play at 480p to get a higher framerate then? Nobody ever made a decent game by saying "we don't personally do that so we'll leave it broken"

          I play at 640x480 :P

But I think it's way too early to worry about features like this at the moment, it should definitely be supported in the long run but right now more pressing issues should be worked on.

It's never too early to fix bugs haha, plus this probably wouldn't take too long, Nvidia wrote the program to be compatible with pretty much everything, so I think it'll just be something like an oversight in the ut4 code somewhere ;p
