[BUG] Impact Hammer Discharge Against StaticMeshActor does not Cause Self-Damage

    Summary:
Impact Hammer Discharge Against StaticMeshActor does not Cause Self-Damage

    Version:
    Engine 4.5.1 - GitHub [800baac]

    Description:
Tested on Example_Map. Charging up the Impact Hammer and discharging it while facing a Static Mesh (ex. EditorCube20) does not deal self-damage or impart momentum to the player's pawn. Angle irrelevant.

    Steps to Repro:
Load into Example_Map. Impact hammer any cube SM.

Hmm, in UT99 some objects could also discharge the IH without causing damage I think.

I think that's a level bug, not an impact hammer bug. Those staticmeshactors had their default value of bCanBeDamaged changed to true. Players don't get self damage if they discharge the impact hammer against an actor that can be damaged. StaticMeshActors normally have this set to false.
