Summary:
Pretty straight forward, fire then you can use mouselook. Don't fire and you can only strafe/forward/backwards.

Steps to Repro:
1. Created a local game on any map
Settings: 8 combatants, forced respawn, balanced teams, bot diff: 3, goal score 30, time limit 15. 2. Start playing
RESULT:
N/A

Note:
I tried restarting my client, problem remained.
