    No sound

I haven't been able to get any sound from UT so Im looking for suggestions/resolution to get some sort of sound going.

I checked the logs and noticed the messages:
Message Log #1 - "Unable to load module 'F:/Programs/Epic Games/UnrealTournamentDev/Engine/Binaries/Win64/UE4-XAudio2-Win64-Test.dll' because the file couldn't be loaded by the OS"
Message Log #2 - "LogVoice:Warning: Failed to initialize voice interface"

    PC Specs:
    - Win7 64-bit
    - ECS mobo with built-in audio
    - Primary drive for OS only
    - Secondary drive where apps & games are installed

    Troubleshooting:
    - Reinstalled UT but still no audio
    - Latest audio drivers are installed
    - Checked Epic Games Launcher for audio settings but no such settings
    - Launch the game, UT GUI is opened, I navigate to the Audio section and tried combinations of audio settings, basically slide audio bars up and/or down...no change, still no sound
    - Have latest audio drivers
    - All other games have sound except UT
    - Tried re-cabling speakers & headphones, no difference
    - Verified Windows volume controls, everything enabled and working (confirmed per above in other games except UT)

    Thoughts?

    Thanks!

    Nope, that doesn't work either.

Any word on when sound will be incorporated? Any files I can test with? Any config changes I can try/test, etc?

Still no sound...so a couple questions:

    1) Is there a specific line in a log file somewhere regarding sound I can look at?
    2) Is there a UT file I can edit to set audio to a "generic" audio setting?

    Thanks!

    Hephaestus_,
Sorry you are still having the sound issue. Have you tried deleting your UT saved folder within "My Documents"?
    Thanks,

I have the most current version of DirectX for Win7, (11.1 update per MS KB2670838.) Appreciate the suggestion tho.

To avoid any confusion, I DO NOT receive any DLL errors, etc such as in Multipainkiller's post.

    Maybe sound someday.

Did you install the latest DirectX as _Lynx suggested ?
