It's an AI pathing issue... If you look at the navmesh it stops at doors and doesn't go through them. The workaround for proximity doors is setting "Can Ever Affect Navigation" on each door mesh to unchecked. Then rebuild a couple times (just once doesn't work) until the navmesh goes through the doors.
Make sure the doors go fully into geometry when open, otherwise the bots can get stuck on any part that's left hanging out over the navmesh.
