    Yes, I tried Verifying the files.
    No, I haven tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling the game, because it will take too long on my current connection speed...

    Pretty much this says it all: "LogModuleManager:Warning: ModuleManager: Unable to load module 'C:/Program Files/Epic Games/UnrealTournamentDev/Engine/Binaries/Win64/NotForLicensees/UE4-OnlineSubsystemMcp-Win64-Test.dll' because the file couldn't be loaded by the OS."

    Check if the file is there, run disc check on the hard drive. Also, is your Win10 is a clean install or is it an upgrade? Clean install may be missing some of the required files, like VC++ redists.

      Windows 10 is from upgrade. The files were there before, I also did look at the log files and noticed that.

      I deleted the dlls and Verified the install from the Epic Launcher to get them to just redownload those dlls and I get the same exact prompt and log entries.

      I will try to find, remove and reinstall the VC++ redistribution to see if it fixes it.

        I hope this helps, but I did an upgrade as well and didn't have to install anything to run the game, and this likely means that all the necessary VC++ files are in place.

        On the stream this Wednesday the team mentioned that a new build coming, may be next week. Considering right now that update just downloads the whole new build, if VC++ fixes don't help, it's a good moment to try removing the game completely and installing it on a different drive along with the launcher.

          Alright, I will try to resetup both the Epic Games Launcher and UT pre-alpha once the update arrives. I can play the game with bots, but I can't login and play online (seeing as the online stuff depends on the very DLLs my install won't load, sigh.)

                I have similar issue, when i click the epic games launcher, i get an error message saying the prodecure entry point K32GetProcessMemoryInfo could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
