[BUG] GPU driver crashes (no it doesn't?!)

So i wanted to try out the new Build, but as soon as i'm ingame (not in the menus though) the game just hangs up.
If i CTRL+ALT+Delete (only way to show something behind the locked up gamewindow) I get an error message "Video driver has crashed, make sure your video drivers are up to date" or something like that, cant remember 100%
    Logs say:
    Code:

Funny thing though, only later through trying to troubleshoot, i had a twitch stream running on one of my auxilary monitors... ans guess what? No framedrop, no blackscreen no nothing, so i think the GPU-driver isn't really crashing?

Im on Win10, MSI AMD R9 390 (even tried underclocking while overvolting o.O)
Tried both 15.8 Beta drivers as well as 15.7.1

Game worked fine last time i played, but i think this was still on Win8.1, as soo as the R9 390 "launched"

I have same card, latest drivers when i go alt tab, then return into game video drivers crashes. Also print screen is pitch black, and console is still not working for me.

      specs:
      Windows 10 Professional
      i7 4770k
      8gb RAM
      r9 390 nitro (latest drivers)

      here is screenshot:
