    Server Crashing on remote box

I have installed both the C++ red. and the direct x runtime files on a box that is a remote log in only server. It does contain a video card, however there is no monitor attached. I am attempting to launch the windows server build for testing but it crashes immediately. Ive searched for log files, but I dont see anything created. Is it possible that this is happening because this is being done through remote desktop?

Here is what is contained in the windows error:

So the latest build 10/16 is doing the same thing. Ive seen this before with some other servers I was attempting to run from that box, and would crash on launch.

What exactly are the requirements for the server to run? I dont mean machine specs, but are there particular things that the server has to have in order to operate? Does it run a UI that requires something specific?
