I don't like this type of buttons, also font is too bad. Transparency + textures is always good.

    Post game UI (ctf) WIP

Hi. Aus player here, also doing visual/interactive design at uni.

Thought I'd tackle the post game interface - starting with CTF as it's probably the most complex.

Before I get into it, I believe a couple of things are essential changes for the UT UI

    1. Universal chat - no matter what screen, as long as you're in a hub or game, chat should be constantly accessible and not interrupted by screen changes. In game, a press of the chat key should bring it up a sidebar overlay, ready to type (no change in user actions to type). Previous messages visible.

    2. Simpler between game states. The screens between games seem to have too much info, or not enough, in any case I think a lot of it could be presented at the same time, and that's what I've tried to do here.

    3. We will have teamspeak inbuilt. Can't see why not!

Interactive elements are orange- having one colour to prompt interaction helps users.

The table is fixed to a percentage of the screen height - it will expand or contract with available space.

Protoype should be viewed in Safari or chrome. It doesn't work too well in others. http://alidark.com/ctf-ui-demo/index.html

It's a work in progress and I hope to add some smoke and mirrors interactivity, to show how the transition would work.

Numbers in the table are bogus, I'll make it more realistic when I know I've got the right info presented.

If you have suggestions I'd love to hear them.
