    URI: Uniform Resource Identifier (UT://) like UT99 (unreal://) UT2:// & UT3://

We need to have URI just like in previous UT's

    UT99 (unreal://) UT2:// & UT3://

As this game is going to be called UT, it should be UT://

    Why do we need this?

    Many reasons

1)Give a link to someone through social media (with examples) and create a match from command line
    • HUB
      • UT:// (This would join automatically)
        • UT:// (Redundant or maybe without it is default option?)
        • UT://,user1,user2&spectate?=user3&postlink?=facebook,twitter,twitch&connect
          • Yeah this is one is real long but its self explanatory
          • Used / for typical options, and ?= when multiple values for a single item
          • It's a bit rough and could be refined more, but I think I got my point across

    • Server - UT://IP: port
    • Match
      • UT://
        • UT://
        • UT://
        • UT://

      • UT://matchGUID

    • User
      • UT://richardboegli/friendrequest
      • UT://richardboegli/join
      • UT://richardboegli/spectate
      • UT://richardboegli/watch
      • UT://richardboegli/invite
      • UT://richardboegli/invite/group
      • UT://richardboegli/invite/groupchat
      • UT://richardboegli/invite/party
      • UT://richardboegli/invite/clan
      • UT://richardboegli/PM/"What you doing?"
      • UT://richardboegli/shadow/spectate
        • shadow is something I just thought of while writing this
        • basically, you can shadow a player and the client will automatically follow them for you
          • so if they change match etc... you don't have to find them again

    • etc....

    2) By using above, you could have multiple shortcuts on your desktop to auto-create matches / join your favourite hub / spectate or watch your favourite player etc...
    3) Console is just 1337 and so much faster than navigating menus.

I'm sure there are more that I cannot think of at the moment.
Another crazy idea brought to you by richardboegli ;P

Yep, this needs to be done at some point. Some of what you want it excessive and probably not planned at least not at first. I doubt the # of people who would use URI commands to navigate social features would be far too small to justify any time supporting it. But yes, we need to have at least url opening for servers.

Actually some of those would be a really cool to go with some of web-interface stuff
