    Arc Charger

This was a weapon idea I thought would be cool.

The Arc Charger is a weapon with little use at all in normal combat. With a low rate or fire and un-noteworthy damage, the Arc Charger itself is fairly mediocore at best for normal combat. However, where the Arc Charger really shines is against vehicles, where the electric thunderbolts stun-lock a vehicle in place for a few seconds, leaving the driver helpless.

Primary Fire: A single, high-powered electrical jolt which deals moderately low damage, but immobilizes vehicles for a few seconds.
Alternative fire: A constant stream of electricity with low range, but an impressive multi-hit aspect. Immobilizes vehicles so long as the vehicle is hit.
Ammo: Relatively low compared to other weapons, especially anti-vehicle.
Shape/color: Large, bulky weapon with a dark gray main color, and cyan glow around accents. The barrel has some electricity crackling over it.

Change for the better, and you can't live without it.
Having the will to embrace change is the real challenge.

This is redundant with the impact hammers alt fire. This concept is over powered as well as it will force the other player out of the vehicle. This is basically a free hijack.

It would not force people out of the vehicle, but keep the vehicle unable to do anything for a second or two.

The Impact Hammer's secondary is in limbo now, but even with the EMP alt, the Arc Charger is still useful.

It effectively does force them out though because they are not going to sit there defenseless and let you kill them unless it is better for them to just sit there to prevent losing the vehicle to the other team.

Their choice. The EMP is not *very* long, as to prevent air vehicles from being useless. One second at the most, and probably less for air vehicles to prevent abuse.
