Invalid sound format UT2003 GOTY

So,

Am trying to run UT2003 Game of the year edition and am faced with an error, regarding the sound format

Please find the attached image for more details. My laptop details are provided in the link below.

Its an msi , with 4gb graphic card - nvidia 1050 ti.

Another issue I faced is that the graphic card is not detected while starting the game.

Anybody can shed more light on this?

Do I understand you correctly that you are trying to run UT2003 but not UT99?
According to your sreenshots the issue with UT99. Please follow this guide to set the game:
