      Yup, the update rolled out yesterday, and I noticed the update helped.

      I'd recommend updating to KB4489899

        EDIT: I have to say it felt better with UT4, but in CS:GO it is not as good as pre KB4482887

          You've got to pay better attention to the instructions.

          1. Download CS:GO

          2. Place directly in recycle bin.

          3. Empty recycle bin.
