Recording Video's?

What program do you guys use to record video's?
I tried fraps and xfire, but they both don't seem to work...
Any idea's?

Now, this OBS works, however, the FLV format it records into is not very great quality.
Is there any way to increase the quality of video's it records?

I usually use Joyoshare VidiKit. Its built-in screen recorder helps me record screen or download online videos in 1080p with no lag. More importantly, I can save my screen recording videos in different formats I want.
