I haven’t received an email about my account recovery appeal request
Status updates for your account recovery appeal request are sent to the email address you used when submitting the request.
If you have not received an email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you are checking the correct inbox.
- Allow some time for your request to be reviewed. If more time is needed to investigate, Epic Games will let you know.
You can also check your request status directly using your recovery request ID at epicgames.com/help/recovery-status-check/. (Opens in a new tab)
