PIX payment method isn't available

If you are in Brazil and do not see PIX as a payment option in the Epic Games Store or Epic Games Launcher, try the steps below.

1. Check the country on your Epic Games account.
   1. If your account country is not set to Brazil, update it by following How do I change the country on my Epic Games account?
2. Sign out of your Epic Games account.
3. Sign back in and check the payment options again.

Note: PIX may not be available for in-game purchases made through third-party games. In those cases, contact the game’s support team for help.
