Why can't I complete purchases using my Epic Rewards or account balance?

If you're unable to complete a purchase using your available Epic Rewards or your account balance, the content in your cart might not be eligible. While both options are widely accepted in the Epic Games Store, some offers might be restricted from using them as payment options.

If the content is not eligible, it will display "Not Applicable" under the Epic Rewards and account balance options at checkout. You can complete the purchase using any other available payment method.
