How can I change my child's date of birth on Epic Games?

I'm a parent and need to correct my child's date of birth

If you made a mistake when entering your child's date of birth on their Epic Games account, you can request a correction through the Parent/Guardian support form.

To submit a request:

1. Go to the Parent/Guardian request form at Parent/guardian request. (Opens in a new tab)
2. Enter your guardian email address and complete the email verification step
3. Select your child's account from the list
4. Describe the issue — include the current incorrect date of birth and the correct date of birth you want it changed to

Note: If you do not receive a verification code, the email you entered is not registered as a guardian email on any child's Epic Games account. Make sure you're using the correct guardian email address.

Note: If your child's account does not appear in the list, their Epic Games account is likely linked to a different guardian email address.

Note: For security reasons, the form must be completed in a single session - do not close your browser while filling it out.
