I got Fortnite Crew with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but I have not received Fortnite Crew benefits

Before troubleshooting, confirm what benefits are included by checking Fortnite Crew availability with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

1. Confirm your Xbox account is linked to your Epic Games account. Refer to How can I check which accounts are connected to my Epic Games account?
2. Confirm your Fortnite Crew subscription is active. Refer to How to check the next billing or payment date of your Fortnite Crew subscription?
   • If your subscription is not active, contact Xbox Support. (Opens in a new tab)
3. To receive Fortnite Crew benefits, you must sign in to Fortnite on an Xbox console, Xbox on PC, Xbox Cloud Gaming, or a supported gaming handheld at least once per month. If you have not done this, sign in and check again.
   • If you are still missing your Crew Pack, refer to Why haven’t I received my Crew Pack for this month? 
   • If you are still missing your monthly V-Bucks, refer to Why have I received the Fortnite Crew Pack items and not the V-Bucks?
4. If you are using Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on PC, install Fortnite through the Xbox app for PC first, then sign in to trigger the redemption.
