Why am I not seeing any of my purchases on my Epic Games account's transactions page?
Purchases made on the Epic Games Store appear on your Transaction History (Opens in a new tab) page. If you are not seeing any purchases there, the most common reasons are listed below.
You are signed in to the wrong account
Check your email for an Epic Games purchase receipt and compare which account it was sent to with the account you are currently signed in to. Refer to What is an Epic Games account ID and where can I find it? to verify your account.
Your purchases were made on a console or third-party platform
Purchases made through PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Nintendo eShop, or Samsung Galaxy Store are managed by those platforms and do not appear in Epic Games Transaction History.
Check your purchase history directly on the relevant platform:

You are looking for games in your library, not the transactions page
