How do I return or refund a purchase?

The process to return or refund depends on what you want to return.  Not all purchases are eligible for a refund or return.  Please click the link below, depending on what it is you are looking to return, for more information:

• Fortnite Item shop purchase - cosmetics or items you purchase from the Fortnite Item Shop, in-game, or on the web. These do not include purchases made in developer-made islands not created by Epic. For in-island transactions, click the link below.
• In-island transactions - purchases you make with V-Bucks within a developer-made island, not created by Epic Games.
• Purchases made within the Epic Games Store
• Purchases made in the Fab Marketplace
