I have a charge from Epic Games I’m not familiar with — what should I do?
If an unauthorized purchase is made using a payment method you own or through an account you created, we will do our best to assist you.
However, please note that these purchases must be less than 90 days old.
I do not recognize the purchases
If you are certain an unauthorized purchase was made on your account via your payment method, you will need to submit a support ticket.
We’ll investigate your concern and will request relevant additional information to help us investigate your charge.
My child made unauthorized purchases
If the purchases were made on PC and by your child without your consent, please submit a support ticket and we'll review your request.
Unauthorized purchases on third-party platforms
If the purchase was made through a console or mobile device and not the Epic Games Store directly, please contact the respective platform's support team to request a refund.
We are unable to directly refund purchases made on Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox, or Nintendo Switch.
