If you want to change the parental control or guardian email on your child’s Epic Games account—or if you can’t reset the PIN because you no longer have access to that email—follow the steps below based on your situation.

If you still have access to the guardian email:

If you no longer have access to the guardian email:

1. Log in (Opens in a new tab) using your child's Epic Games account that you wish to update its guardian email.
2. Submit a support request to get help from our team.
