How to get a VAT receipt

Business VAT receipts cannot be issued unless you have successfully added your company information to the Epic Games account.

You can add your company information by following these steps:

1. Log into your Epic Games account, click on your username in the top right corner, and click Account.
2. Under Account Settings, go to the Company Information section.
3. Fill in the information about your company and click Save Changes.

*Special characters or symbols are not accepted for Company Information, such as @ # ( ) ！. Please make sure the information doesn't contain any special characters.

After you have successfully added the company information, you will receive VAT receipts for all future purchases.

VAT receipts cannot be issued for purchases you have completed before the company information was added to the Epic Games account. If you are able to refund the old purchase and repurchase it, you will be issued a receipt with the updated information.
