How to run Alan Wake 2 as an Administrator

Once Alan Wake 2 is launched as an administrator, all system resources are accessible to the game, allowing it to bypass any restrictions set by your firewall or antivirus.
  1. Right-click Alan Wake 2 on your desktop. 
  2. Click Properties. 
  3. Go to the Compatibility tab. 
  4. Enable the Run this Program as an Administrator option.
  5. Click OK to save the changes. 
  6. Launch Alan Wake 2 and check if the problem is solved.
