How do I change the country on my billing profile?

Be aware that the country listed under your Epic account can affect certain features and services. Your account country must be set to the country where you currently reside. Player Support agents are unable to change your country to one where you do not live.

Note: All available payment methods in your current region are listed during the checkout process.

Exception for players in Korea
Players in Korea must use the Real ID system. Once an account is connected to a Real ID, Epic Games is unable to change the country associated with the Epic account, and the account will remain locked to Korea.

To request a country change, please follow these steps:

  1. Click CONTACT US.
  2. In the Describe your problem here field, tell us what country you’d like to change your account to.
  3. Click SUBMIT.
Please be aware that country changes are subject to approval and may not be granted.
