What should I do if I'm blocked from making Epic Games purchases?

If you received an error message that you’ve been blocked from making purchases, in most cases, waiting 24 hours to try again will resolve the issue. Be sure to check that your payment information is entered correctly after this time has passed.

If you still get this error 24 hours after your last transaction attempt, please contact Player Support.
