How can I check if my account is banned from Fortnite?
If you are unsure whether your account has any active Fortnite bans, there are a few options that you can use to confirm it.
Launching Fortnite
You can easily check if your account is banned by logging into Fortnite. If your account is banned, a message such as "You have been banned from Fortnite" will pop up. If you try to open the game through the Epic Games Launcher, the game may also appear as unavailable.
Checking your email address
Whenever a ban is applied, an email outlining the type of ban, duration, and the violated community rule is sent to your account's email address.
Visiting the Sanctions and Appeals Portal
By accessing the Sanctions and Appeals Portal (Opens in a new tab), you can check if there are any active bans on your account and, if applicable, submit an appeal for review.
