How do I get my PC/mobile progress for Fall Guys, Rocket League, and Fortnite to sync with all my other devices?
Note: If your platform account was already linked to your Epic Games account, and you suddenly lost your progress, your account may have been compromised. If you suspect that, follow this article instead: How can I recover access to my Epic account?
Have you played the game on more than one platform (including PC and mobile)?
If yes, will need to figure out which platform has the progress you wish to keep. You will not be able to combine it if you have different progress showing across multiple platforms. For example, if you see different progress on your Nintendo and Xbox accounts, you will need to pick which of those has the progress you want to keep on both consoles. Once you’ve decided which platform progress you want to keep, follow the steps for that platform:
- I want to sync the progress on my Xbox account across all of my devices
I want to sync the progress on my PlayStation account across all of my devices
I want to sync the progress on my Nintendo account across all of my devices
I want to sync the progress on my Steam account across all of my devices
I want to sync the progress on my PC/Mobile account across all of my devices
If no, continue to the Instructions to sync progress from PC/mobile below

If you are only planning to play Fortnite, Fall Guys, or Rocket League on your PC or mobile device, you do not need to do anything. Your PC and mobile devices are already linked to your Epic Games account. If you are looking to link a PlayStation, Nintendo, Xbox, or Steam account so your progress on PC/mobile will sync across those devices, continue to the next step.
If you are a child and your parent hasn't helped you set up your account, you may have a Cabined Account (Opens in a new tab) with different features. If this does not apply to you, continue to the next step.
Click this link (Opens in a new tab) which will open a new browser tab and sign you out of your current session before you continue with the next step.
Sign in to the Epic Games account that you use when playing on PC/mobile devices.
Go to the Apps & Accounts (Opens in a new tab) page and select Connect under the next platform you want to link. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the linking.
If you successfully did that, you can now open a game on any of your linked platforms and you should see all the progress from your PC/mobile on all of your linked devices, and any progress you make from here on out in the other devices will also show on your PC/mobile.
If you see that there is already another platform account already linked to your Epic Games account, be advised that you can only connect one platform of each type at a time. You can also only have that platform linked to one Epic Games account at a time.
If you did not receive an error, but your progress did not sync the way you expected it to, see: What do I do if I followed the instructions but the sync did not occur as expected?
