How do I link MyDisney account to my Epic Games account?

  1. Make sure you have the following before proceeding:

    • If you already have one, the login information for your MyDisney account you would like to connect to your Epic Games account. You may create a MyDisney account during the linking process if you do not currently have one.

    • The login information for the Epic Games account you are looking to connect to your MyDisney account.

    • A computer or mobile device with an internet connection

  2. Open a browser. To ensure you are using the correct login, we suggest putting your browser in incognito mode to prevent mismatched logins on your computer or mobile device and navigate to www.epicgames.com (Opens in a new tab)

  3. On the top right of the site, click the Sign in button

    If you do not see a Sign in button, click the avatar at the top of the screen and click Sign Out. This will ensure you are not logged in to the incorrect account. Once logged out, click the Sign in button.

  4. Once you have logged into your Epic Games account, click on your display name all the way to the top-right corner and click Account

  5. On the left panel of the Account screen, click Linked Accounts

Why can’t I link my accounts?

Account linking is not available in all areas and also requires having both an eligible Epic account and MyDisney account. If you do not see the account linking button in your Epic account profile, or are not able to complete account linking with MyDisney, you are not eligible to link your Epic account to a MyDisney account. This may be due to a variety of factors, which may include region, Epic account linking eligibility requirements, MyDisney account linking eligibility requirements, and/or details tied to your account. Is a MyDisney account the same as my Disney+ account?

In most countries, Disney+ uses your MyDisney account for login. Only one MyDisney account can be connected to an Epic account.

Someone in my household already signed up using our family’s Disney+ account login and received a reward. How can I sign up too?

You should use your own MyDisney account (and not the MyDisney account of anyone else in your household) to link your accounts. If you’re eligible to sign up and want to do so individually, please create your own MyDisney account (Opens in a new tab) and then revisit the account linking flow using your existing Epic Account. Items and rewards cannot be transferred between Epic Accounts.

Is the First Order Stormtrooper Outfit exclusive to connecting accounts?
