"Sorry, the page you were looking for cannot be found" error when trying to add Parental Controls on an account from a console

If you are trying to set up parental controls from within Fortnite on a console (Xbox, Switch, PlayStation, etc.) and you receive an error that says "Sorry, the page you were looking for cannot be found", it is most likely happening because your Epic Games account is missing some information.

To resolve this issue, do the following: 

1. Go to the Epic Games Sign in page (Opens in a new tab)
2. Select to sign in with the console you tried setting up parental controls on.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in with this console account
4. If your account is missing some information, you will see the Complete your Epic Games account screen
    
   If you instead get signed in the Epic Games account without seeing this screen, it is possible that browser remembered the sign in for another console account of the same type. In this case, please open the incognito tab on the browser you are using and try this step again.
   
5. After filling in all the required information, select Continue and follow the on-screen instructions
