How to remove games from the Quick Launch tab in the Epic Games Launcher

There are two ways to remove a game from the Quick Launch tab in the Epic Games Launcher:

1. Uninstall the game you want to remove from the Quick Launch tab: How do I uninstall a game in the Epic Games Launcher?
2. Install and play new games to replace the older games. As you play new games, the older ones will fall off the Quick Launch list.
