If you want to adjust your Fortnite privacy settings, you can follow the steps below: 

1. Launch Fortnite.
2. In-game, select your profile icon. 
3. Select your profile icon again.
4. Select Online or Away.
5. Scroll down to Privacy. 
6. You can then select your preferred settings for: 
   1. Party joinability
   2. Participation
   3. Show mutual friends

Additional social and gameplay privacy settings can be found in the Settings menu:

1. In-game, navigate to Sidebar (click on your profile icon). 
2. Click the Settings.
3. Navigate to the Account and Privacy tab.
4. Scroll down to the Social Privacy and Gameplay Privacy sections.
